Jag Card
New Freshman Students
- Photos must meet the requirements listed below. (The Jag Card Office reserves the right to refuse any photo that does not meet the requirements.)
- After submission of your photo, an email with the status (approved/rejected) will be sent to your student email address (Jagmail).
- You will pick up your ID card when you arrive for your orientation.
Transfer and Graduate Students

- After submission of your photo, an email with the status (approved/rejected) will be sent to your student email address (Jagmail).
- Once you have registered for classes, you can pick up your ID card from the Jag Card Office located on the 1st floor of the 榶心vlog. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.
University Employees
University employees currently enrolled in University classes will use their faculty/staff
ID as their student ID. No additional ID is needed and all the benefits of the student
ID are added to your faculty/staff ID while enrolled.
Replacement ID
- Please visit the Jag Card Office on the 1st floor of the 榶心vlog. We are open Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.
- Once enrollment is confirmed, your card will be printed.
- Your first replacement ID will have a $20 replacement ID fee and must be paid at the time of pickup.
- For each additional card replacement after the initial charge, there will be a $5 additional fee.
- Currently only credit card and tap-to-pay are available.
Photo ID Requirements
- The image should closely resemble a driver鈥檚 license or passport photo, with the student facing the camera directly, a plain background and the photo framed from the shoulders up.
- An original photo must be used- a photo of a photo will be rejected.
- The photo must be centered, original and parts of your head may not be cut off.
- No filters may be used and no hats, masks or other items may cover the face.
- No other people or animal may appear in the photo.
Check your student email address (Jagmail) for the status (approved/rejected) of your photo.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm. University closures, orientations, and holidays may impact business hours.
