Hatchery Technician

Job Description:

As a Hatchery Technician, you will play a key role in the cultivation and care of oyster larvae and seed, helping ensure strong healthy production from the very start

  • Maintain and Monitor Oyster larvae and juvenile stocks
  • Assist with spawning,feeding and tank management
  • Mointor water quality and hatchery Systems, clean and maintain equipment and facilities
  • Record data and support daily hatchery

Qualifications:

  • Interest in aquaculture, marine biology or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a hands on, outdoor/industrial environment
  • Reliable and team oriented
